Aloha!

I'm Kasia

Lawyer by training, yogi and lomi lomi therapist by vocation ;). I’m a bit of a nerd with a touch of spirituality, whose mission is to make people simply feel better. I love inspiring people to be more mindful, attentive and anything that can help you live with more ease and ease.

My path to the yoga mat began over 10 years ago. While traveling the world, my curiosity to try new styles of yoga led me to a Strala Yoga practice in New York City a few years ago. From then on, I knew I wanted to teach in this style, in harmony with my body, and inviting more freedom and informality into my yoga practice. In my classes, I combine it with self-massage and other well-being techniques.

Lomi lomi nui

A few years ago I came across a Hawaiian lomi lomi nui massage. It was love at first touch. It’s a massage that fit perfectly into my path of seeking more ease and softness in life. In 2021, I completed a course under the guidance of Aga Kawula. Since then, I have been systematically expanding my knowledge not only of massage but also of Hawaiian culture to further explore this knowledge, which has been passed down for centuries from generation to generation.

I believe that no matter what the situation in life is, we can approach it in a relaxed and calm way. In yoga classes and during massages, I try to bring in more ease, and I am eager to share this approach with others, as I seek and find ease and softness myself.

Step by step, we are discovering what is going on in our bodies and minds with great curiosity. We carry this approach into our daily lives. My goal is to help you appreciate a given moment in harmony with your body instead of focusing on what is missing or where you wish you were.

I choose to do a lot of things that bring me joy, and to those that don’t, I bring my own joy. Basically, I always walk around with a backpack full of joy.

Currently stationed in Krakow, but with me you never know where I’ll end up 😉 I play the ukulele in my spare time and travel solo (sometimes accompanied by my greatest yoga and zen teacher – my dog Bazia (Bazinga)).
